Oxygen free copper sheets for large current substrates

Oxygen free copper sheets have the highest electrical conductivity. They are characterized by high heat dissipation for large current substrates and have superior adhesion with the insulation layer as well as the base metal or the base core material. Heat-resistant alloy and high strength alloy are also available.
