Hitachi Cable,Ltd. produces a wide variety of Cu/Cu alloy strips for application in semiconductor devices. These devices feature high-electrical conductivity used in discrete parts, high strength alloys with relatively high electrical conductivity, manufactured exclusively by Hitachi for high pin count LSI and also, material used for stiffener/ heat sink in BGA packages.
New fabrication techniques developed exclusively by Hitachi are applied on dual gauge strips.
