Hitachi Cable manufacures very thin rolled copper foil down to 0.008mm in thickness. It is acknowledged that rolled copper foil is superior to electrolytic copper foil on bending ability and fine pattern etching. It aims to expand its applications in the latest electronics products such as Lithium-ion battery and flexible print circuit. Foils made of Hitachi's copper alloys other than oxygen free copper and tough pitch copper are also avaiable. |
